Day 06 – Item you have owned the longest

Oh no! Sorry, I posted this in a day advance and now I can't take it back. Oh well, sorry. :(

All my hopes, passions and ambitions have died out and now it's too late.

All I've ever wanted to do and be are all gone. Dancer, singer, skateboarder, writer, hockey player, musician, some things I am but it's just not something I can pursue. I'm too far gone, stuck in a rut, but I've worked too hard to throw it all away. I'm that kind of girl you all know, the one that is an over achiever, I have a way with numbers, words, science, languages, but they're not my passions, working this hard. I don't even know what I want to be when I grow up, I don't even know who I am now and I'm so worried about the future. I'm really scared about not being happy and successful, but what if I come back to the reunion, and I'm rich and successful. But I'm not happy. This was never how far I wanted to go, what I wanted to do, it's just too deep. But now it's too late to turn around, I've worked too hard to throw it all away and now I have to deal with it. All my ambitions, things I've always wanted to do, are now out the window. I am too far in to get out now. I never even got to try some of them, my passions, and see how far I could go. I'm gonna grow up and be good, but will I be happy? No, I don't think so.

Day 02 – Ten interesting facts about yourself

1. I am a daydreamer.
2. I've been at my current school for 11 years and counting.
3. I’ve been skiing every year since year 2 and I don’t think I’m very good.
4. When I was little I had an imaginary friend called Daisy.
5. I feel most inspired at night.
6. I wish I could skateboard, dance and play guitar.
7. Sometimes I play boardgames alone because I don’t have any siblings and I actually find it fun.
8. I buy my music even though all my friends download.
9. .I LOVE TV shows and I have all seasons of CSI: Miami, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, Lizzie McGuire & Totally Spies (don't watch that anymore), the Hills, So Little Time & House.
10. I’m actually quite a happy person although there have been times when I've been down.

I Frigging Love Markets

So, I went to the Mindil Beach Market in Darwin a couple of weeks ago on a school trip and I got this awesome stuff. I got the pink flower ring for free, three bracelets/anklets for 3 for $10, the cat keyring for $8 and the small bag, that I love TONS for $10. How awesome?!

My name is Amy and I was named after my mother’s favourite author, Amy Tan and she wrote the book the Joy Luck Club. Amy means beloved in French and Latin. My middle name, Wenting is my Chinese name. My grandfather made it and Wen can mean smart and Ting can mean beautiful. And AWH, my tumblr name, is my initials. :)
